Willie's possible suspension until September 29

It was reported the Wowowee host Willie Revillame is set to go back to the show on Monday, 29 August 2009. But a very recent development can prevent this from happening. Well, it seems that Pokwang and Chokoleit can carry the whole show all by themselves and it was reported that the ratings of the show are not at all affected by Willie's non-appearance.

SM Cinemas and Star Cinema

As you may have noticed, the last movie of Bea Alonzo, And I Love You So was not shown in any of the SM Cinemas. It was reported that there was a discrepancy in the reporting of the sales of the previous movies of Star Cinema. I hope that in time, the two will settle their differences. SM Cinemas are a lot accessible in our place and one fact is that the fee is cheaper compared to Ayala Cinemas.

Hoping that In My Life of Vilma Santos will be shown in SM Cinemas.

Myra 300E with spf 15

I have been using the regular moisturizer of Myra 300 E. I must say that this is a good product , it does not leave any greasy effect on your face.
One should not forget that using moisturizer is the best way to make your skin looking good and feeling good. One should start using moisturizer on her early 20s. I came in late though but I must say that it was all worth it.
One thing that we should also give notice too is that we should use sunblock every time we go out. Do not be worried, for Myra 300E had come up with an every day moisturizer with SPF 15. Well, what else can you ask for. It is really good and it only cost P90 for a 50ml bottle. ........

So our Miss Philippines did not get into the top 15 semi-finalists. Too bad. I guess it is not yet time for us. Well then, in the future, we will have another Miss Universe. Another Margie Moran. Another Gloria, Diaz ok!!! Not Arroyo. HeHeHe.

Anyway, our congratulations to Miss Venezuela. ........

And I Love You So

I have watched And I Love You So for the second time today. It was worth it, still.
The movie was really superb as far as direction and cinematography are concerned. The acting of the whole cast was excellent as well.

Sam Milby was really cute, but I must say that Derek was really oozing with sex appeal. I can't keep it off my mind the scene where Bea was finally letting go of Derek's character , Oliver. The cinematography was really amazing. It all the more showed how good looking Derek Ramsay really is.

Bea was really good in this movie. She played the character at her very best. Sam Milby's line was very true, Bea was gorgeous in every scene. Bea is young, beautiful and acts very well. I saw Lara Cruz and not Bea Alonzo. I love this movie so much. ........

Willie for Senator in Villar's ticket

Awhile back, Senator Manny Villar was saying the he has no qualms inviting him in his senatorial line up. Willy for Senator? Not that I am questioning him. But politics is totally different from showbiz. We all know that Willie is indefinitely on leave in his show because of what had transpired in his show re: his comment while President Cory's body was being transferred to Manila Cathedral. It was said that he was totally hurt by what had happened.
In politics, you have to be strong. You cannot just go on leave because of the people's outrage over some things. Well, we still do not know what is Willie's take on this. If he does, I hope that he will be a stronger person. ........

SM Pamplona

SM Hypermart in Pamplona (along Alabang - Zapote road) was set to open last 31 July 2009. Contractor was not able to meet the deadline, therefore moving the opening to October 1, 2009. It is just beside Ever Gotesco Mall, and almost opposite Las Pinas City Hall. Gross floor area is 40,000. This is a lot nearer to where we live compared to SM Southmall. See you there!!!!

The lot is owned by Senator Manny Villar, no less. ........

Sandra Bullock..... The Proposal

After days of melancholy, I decided that I wanted to freshen up. Go out and get some sun. Go out and see what is happening around you.

Last Sunday, after I attended the Sunday Mass, I decided to watch a movie. There was one movie that I have longed to watch and the lead star is one of my favorites, Sandra Bullock.

I watched The Proposal her movie with Ryan Reynolds, Scarlett Johansson husband. He is cute.

I enjoyed the movie, it really made me laugh. The laughter that I have long been wanting. There was one scene there wherein Sandra and Ryan bumped into each other and they were totally naked. Sandra Bullock really has an amazing body. She has the perfect curve . I never thought that she really looked that good.

Go and watch the movie, you will surely enjoy it.

When President Cory was transferred from La Salle Greenhills to Manila Cathedral, thousands of people waited just to get a glimpse of the President of Democracy. A lot of people could not help but shed a tear as they witnessed the hearse passed by Edsa, then to Ayala and to Roxas Blvd. all the way to Manila Cathedral. Her presence will surely be missed not just by the people who knew her but even to people who are not related to her. You left a void in our hearts. We felt that we lost a moral icon. Your leadership was exemplary and no one has equaled it until now. You served as a candle when the Philippines was stumbling in the dark.

We know that you will continue to watch us. We pray for your soul and may you rest in peace. ........

Headache from Crying

I just finished watching "The Buzz." Kris Aquino detailed every thing that had happened while her mom, former President Aquino was in the hospital. From the time that she was admitted in the hospital up to the time she took her last breath. I could not help but shed a tear as she described the ordeal that the family went through.

Pain is more evident after the burial, when everybody has left. That is when reality sets in knowing that your loved one is really gone and will not be back. Anyone in the same situation will have to go through this phase. One has to be strong and to be strong, you must ask for God's guidance.

We are very sure that President Aquino is in the hands of God now together with former Senator Ninoy Aquino. A new chapter in their lives will unfold. One thing is for sure, our loved ones will surely be watching us. ........

I could not help but admire the song, I Have Fallen in Love (with same Woman Three Times).
The melody was done by famous songwriter, Jose Mari Chan. It was based on the poem written by Senator Ninoy Aquino for President Cory. Senator Aquino wrote the poem while he was incarcerated in Fort Bonifacio for their 19th wedding anniversary.

At 3:18 am of 01 August 2009, you left the world of the mortals and joined God, our Father.
You are the very person who helped restore Democracy to our country which was robbed of ideals by the Marcos regime. You represented moral leadership, which up to now has not been equaled. You served as an inspiration, of someone who had an unfaltering faith.
Now that you are gone, you left a vaccum in our hearts and we are filled with deep sorrow. But with the outpouring of love Filipinos are showing, we cannot help but be thankful that you came to our lives, as our President.
To our beloved President Corazon C. Aquino, may you rest in peace.
